Kui me Tenerifelt tagasi tulime, siis oli küll selline tunne, et issand, ma ei taha enam never kuskile minna! Nii hea oli kodus olla ja nautida enda voodit, kodu, sõpru ja noh, kõike, mis kodumaal käe-jala ulatuses on. Küll aga on väljamaal midagi, millest siin võib enamasti und näha ja selleks on päike. Okei, olgem ausad, me plaanime reisi juunikuuks, selleks ajaks on vist Eestis ka täitsa okei ilm, aga arvestades viimaseid aastaid, siis ma selle peale panustama küll ei hakkaks.
Juuni lõpuks on meil Kerliga planeeritud Santorini reis. Mitte isegi planeeritud, vaid ka ära ostetud, ainult ööbimiskohta ei ole me veel välja valinud. Täiega oleme kahevahel, kas valida mingi äge hotell Bookingust , või proovida esimest korda Airbnb’d. Praegu vaatan, et sealt saaks mingi umbes 400€ eest jumala normaalse basseiniga koha, ehk siis kahepeale väga norm hind nädalaks. Seda enam, et me piletid ostsime nii ammu, et selle raha kulutamine jäi mega kaugesse minevikku :D
Päris äge värk, ma pole kunagi niimoodi sõbrannaga vist kahekesti reisimas käinud. Või olen?! Vist pigem mitte – tõotab põnev tulla! Parim on minna reisule fotograafiga, siis võib kindel olla, et reisi jooksul vähemalt MÕNE normal pildi endast saaad :D No näed, ise pole veel reisilegi läinud, aga juba plaanin vaest Kerlit ära kasutada.
Seda Santorinivärki ma olen siin enne ka rääkinud, aga mida ma EI ole rääkinud on see, et suve alguses teeme ikka perereisi ka. Eelmine aasta läksime Go Traveliga Kreekasse, sel aastal olen omadega kahevahel, sest sõelale on jäänud Malta, kui ka Costa Daurada. Seega kasutangi juhust ja uurin teie käest, et kas keegi on kummaski nendes sihtkohtades käinud? Kui kaua lennuk sõidab? Mis hotelle soovitate?

Kas keegi teist on ka enda kevadisi/suviseid või hoopis juba sügisesi reisiplaane kokku panema hakanud? Teate ma hea meelega läheks juba kevadel, aga praegu ongi soe vist ainult Tenekal ja väga kaugel Aasias, kuhu lastega lennata oleks tõeline piin. Seega tuleb soojemaid aegu oodata ja avastadagi kas Malta mõnusaid saarekesi, või hoopis Hispaania seda kanti, mis Bacelona ümbruses on. Ausalt öelda ma eelistaks võimalikult väikest lennuaega, aga seda on vist palju palutud, kui ma just Türgiga ei lepi :D
When we got back from Tenerife I felt like, oh my god, I never want to go anywhere ever again. It was so nice to be home and enjoy my bed, home, friends and well everything that is close by at home. But foreign countries have something we can only dream about here – The Sun. OK, lets be honest, we are planning a trip for July, and by then the weather will be pretty OK in Estonia as well, but taking last years into consideration we cannot bet on it.
I have a trip to Santorini planned with Kerli. Not only planned, but also bought, the only thing we haven’t done yet is selection of the place we will be staying at. We are completely torn between getting a cool hotel from booking.com or give Airbnb a go for the first time. I am checking it now and we could get a totally cool place with a pool for 400 € so divided between the two of us it would be a totally reasonable price for a week. Especially since we bought the flights so long ago that spending that money is in the distant past :D
It’s pretty cool. I have never traveled with a friend like this. Or have I?! I guess not – it looks promising! It’s great to travel with a photographer, because I am pretty much guaranteed to get at least a FEW decent pictures of myself :D See, I haven’t even gone on the trip yet, but am already taking advantage of Kerli.
I have told you about this Santorini deal before, but what I HAVEN’T told you is that in the beginning of summer we are going on a family vacation as well. Last year we took GO Travel to Greece, this year I haven’t decided yet. I am between Malta and Costa Daurada. So I am asking you guys, has anyone been to either of these destinations? How long is the flight? Which hotels do you recommend?
Is anyone planning their trips for spring/summer or fall already? You know, I would love to travel already in spring, but only Tenerife and very far Asia is warm at that point and the flights are torture with kids. So I have to wait for warmer season and go discover the cool islands in Malta or Spain around Barcelona. Honestly, I would prefer a very short flight, but this is too much to ask, if I am not willing to settle for Turkey :D
